On November 13th 2011, First Assist merged with Alliant Staffing, a firm located in downtown Bethesda, MD.
After 25 years of providing premier service to hospitals nationwide, we’ve made a decision that will allow us to focus our time and energy on what we love to do best – providing dedicated support to our healthcare professionals and valued clients. You will continue to work with your core group of staffing coordinators and recruiters. You will see minimal effect on our day-to-day staffing operations. Alliant Staffing has a strong back office operation along with an excellent credentialing team to handle payroll, insurance, and benefits including housing for our travelers. We anticipate a broader variety of assignments, wider range of support, enhanced benefits program, and much more to come for our employees.
