First Assist has an outstanding opportunity as a Regional Manager of our Midwest division.  This position is based in Chicago, IL.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with at least 3 years staffing management experience to provide the leadership, management and customer focus for this well-established territory. 

Must have a proven track record for effectively managing and growing a large branch office and the drive to take a company and their career to the next level.  

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of all aspects of operations and sales.
• Hiring, training and motivating a staff of 8-10 people.
• Developing innovative strategies for recruitment and retention of field employees.
• Full responsibility for P&L.
• Collaborating closely with executive team to develop company goals and objectives.
• Must be professional and comfortable making client presentations.
