First Assist, Inc., a national, growing and leading healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Recruiter for its Cleveland branch office, located in Garfield Heights. First Assist, who was one of the first healthcare staffing agencies in the U.S. to receive JCAHO certification, celebrated its 20th anniversary last year.

The Cleveland branch leads the company's lucrative travel staffing initiative. We are seeking individuals looking for an opportunity to recruit in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Essential Functions:

1. Recruit experienced and credentialed employees as needed.

2. Maintain outstanding professional relationships with all First Assist temporary employees.

3. Ensure all new employees are thoroughly oriented to First Assist policies and procedures.

4. Utilize and maintain numerous web based recruiting tools.

Requirements

Minimum four year degree or equivalent experience. Outstanding communication skills a must! Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred. Must be a self motivated and results driven individual. Seasoned and experienced recruiters only please.
